Farewell, at least for now, to Foxing. A couple of months ago — not that long after releasing their self titled fifth studio album — the emo-inclined indie rockers announced an indefinite hiatus, citing the fact that their “relationship with music, each other, and our sense of self without the band has eroded.” They’ve been quite active since forming over a decade ago, so I can’t blame them for taking a long break. Last night they said goodbye with an epic farewell show at the Pageant in their St. Louis hometown, with a nearly 20-song setlist that showed each of their records some love. It looked like a killer show, and luckily for those not in St. Louis, there’s a plethora of video on Instagram available for your viewing in absentia.
