On Wednesday (March 5), Keith Richards became the inaugural recipient of Connecticut’s Governor’s Award of Excellence. The Rolling Stones guitarist was recognized for his contributions enriching Connecticut’s cultural and civic life in a ceremony at the Westport Library.
